Who we are: Solodex, a Shenzhen cross-border freight forwarder

Shenzhen Solodex International Logistics Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive freight forwarder based in Bao’an, Shenzhen. We blend two businesses that usually sit in separate companies: traditional foreign-trade forwarding, and cross-border e-commerce line-haul. Sea freight, air freight and China–Europe trucking are booked from one desk, and the shipment stays with us from the factory gate to the final delivery address.

One lane, six handovers, one partner

Most importers lose time — and margin — in the handovers between factory, warehouse, customs, carrier, port and last mile. We keep all six inside a single contract:

Factory pickup → domestic warehousing → customs declaration and inspection → international main-line transport → destination port handling → final cargo delivery.

One point of contact, one document set, and one place to ask where the container is.

Three modes on one desk

Mode Typical transit, Europe-bound Best for
FCL ocean freight 30–38 days Full-container volume, cost-sensitive freight
China–Europe rail 18 days Moderate-value cargo on a tight schedule
Air freight 3–5 days Urgent, high-value or seasonal cargo

Rail has quietly become the middle option for Europe-bound cargo: our China–Europe rail service added a direct Duisburg stop, removing a transhipment leg and bringing transit down to 18 days. If your goods are worth more than a container of bulk commodities but cannot wait for a vessel, that is the lane to ask about.

Where the network reaches

Our service covers Europe & America, Canada, Mexico, Australia and ASEAN. We handle general goods, sensitive goods, oversized cargo, home appliances and furniture, and electronic products — each with its own packing requirement, documentation and customs treatment.

Every mainstream Incoterm, DDP included

We deliver on the full mainstream range: EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU and DDP. Manufacturers, trading companies and cross-border e-commerce sellers all ship differently, and the terms should follow your cost structure and your customs capacity — not our convenience.

Beyond the main line

  • Trucking and container loading — pick-up, consolidation and loading at origin.
  • Warehousing and sorting — short-term storage, sorting and stock preparation before departure.
  • Repacking and packaging fixes — when a supplier’s cartons will not survive an ocean leg.
  • Cargo insurance — arranged per shipment, with the certificate issued before departure.
  • Amazon FBA first-leg forwarding — booking, labelling and delivery into the FBA receiving flow.

Partners, not middlemen

Not every shipment starts with a trading company. Some of our cargo is handed to us at the factory gate by suppliers who sell direct, and that is the partnership model we prefer: they own the product and the specification, we own the lane. ISWFA, a Shenzhen-based supplier of industrial hardware — FPV drone powertrains, automotive diagnostic tools and laser equipment — is one of them, and their About page lists Solodex as their logistics partner. Two specialist teams, no layer of middlemen in between.

Tracking and pricing

With our network of partner agents at both ends, cargo is tracked end to end instead of disappearing after departure. Quotes are itemised — main freight, terminal handling, customs and delivery shown as separate lines — so the number you approve is the number you pay, with no surprise charges at destination.
